Keene Pumpkinfest Day Parade! Kids and Pets Costume Parade

Parade participants to start arriving at North Shore Public School at 10:30 am the parade will start rolling at 11:30 am going from the School and finishing at the Otonabee South Monaghan Arena.

Located at the Bleachers near the centre of it all!
Anyone wishing to contribute a carved (or painted) pumpkin for display,
please drop it off at the bleachers by Friday at 2:00 p.m."Everyone is encouraged to bring a carved pumpkin for the pumpkin pyramid to be lit at dusk and prizes will be awarded"

Home and Business Decorating Challenge!

The Decorating Committee was so thrilled to see so many local homes and businesses decorated to the “pumpkin max” last year that we can’t wait to see what we will find in our travels throughout the township this year.The deadline for the contest is to be announced..  Some of last years themes were Country Bumpkins, Gothic Style, Enchanted and Fusion. See contest rules...everyone gets a piece of pie!  Tickets can be purchased at the main gate. Cost: $5.00 per person.

Blind Driver Race

Back by popular demand!  This event filled up early last year.  Direct your blindfolded partner through an obstacle course.  Best time wins.  Sign up @ 11:00am.  Race time 12:30. Register at the festival gate at 11:00 am and the fun starts at 12:30 pm on Heritage Line

Best Pumpkin Pie of the Year Contest

Prizes will be awarded! Judging will take place at the Pumpkin Tent. Bring out your best pumpkin pie! Please cover with plastic (saran) and put your name on the bottom of

Farmer Olympics
