Payment

  • Once your application has been received and reviewed you will be contacted to confirm your vendor status at the 2022 Keene Pumpkin Festival. Please do not remit your payment until you have been confirmed as a vendor.
  • This is a RAIN or SHINE event and refunds will not be issued for any reason.
  • All booth fees are $50.00 per 12’ x 12’ space. Vendors are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
  • Booth spaces will be pre-assigned. You must stay within your allotted space.

Set-up

  • Vendors must supply their own canopies, tables, chairs and table coverings. Hydro will not be provided.
  • Set up begins at 7am and once vendors have unloaded, they will be shown how to find the parking area. NOTE: Vendors must unload prior to 8 a.m and then go and park their vehicles at the arena. There will not be car access after 8 a.m. If you arrive late you will need to park and walk your product and supplies to the vendor area. Cars are NOT allowed on the street during the event.
  • Be sure your booth is well laid out and not a hazard to others. *Please review and comply with Fire Safety requirements for the use of tents or air-supported structures attached* If you are a food vendor please review Peterborough Public Health Special Events Food Vendor Requirements.
  • Please include weights for your canopies in case of wind. You will be outdoors, on pavement.
  • Vendors selling taxable items will be responsible for collecting the taxes. Vendors are required to have their own liability insurance and meet all legal requirements for their product.
  • Vendors must bring sufficient change. Bring bags for purchases and other items necessary for a successful event. Booth specials are encouraged.
  • No smoking or vaping in your booth, please.
